Kecamatan Tenggarong Siapkan Rp 200 Juta Per Kelurahan dan Desa untuk Normalisasi Drainase

Tenggarong, Borneofolks.com – Sebagai ibu kota Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Kecamatan Tenggarong bersiap mengantisipasi banjir pada awal 2024. Pemerintah kecamatan mengalokasikan anggaran khusus untuk menormalisasi drainase.

Demikian disampaikan Sekretaris Kecamatan Tenggarong, Syukur Eko Budi Santoso, Selasa, 14 November 2023.

Ia menjelaskan bahwa kecamatan menyiapkan anggaran Rp 200 juta bagi 12 kelurahan dan dua desa di kecamatan tersebut. Alokasi dana itu sudah disiapkan di APBD Perubahan 2023.

“Normalisasi ini bertujuan agar aliran drainese di permukiman bisa lancar. Program normalisasi difokuskan di area yang sering tergenang,” jelas Syukur.

Sebagai informasi, anggaran normalisasi drainase di Kecamatan Tenggarong juga dialokasikan Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi. Melalui program padat karya, normalisasi tersebut berjalan di Kelurahan Maluhu.

“Program ini berjalan dengan melibatkan warga di rukun tetangga setempat. Normalisasi parit juga merupakan antisipasi sekaligus penanggulangan banjir,” kata Syukur.
